TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Wednesday, April 16, 2025
Starting at 12 NOON:
1) Report & Sign-in at Registrar’s table in the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center Green Room (ID required).
2) Contestants will fill out required W9 forms at this time.
3) Contestants will turn in their 3-ring binders containing the printed sheet music for each of their 5 arias. If there are any cuts, variations, or other liberties taken, the sheet music should be clearly marked.
4) Contestants will each have one-on-one rehearsal time with the Pianist on a first-come-first-served basis in order of check in.
2 PM: All Contestants must be signed in at the Registrar’s table by 2 PM.
3 PM – 5 PM: Semi-Finals Round. Each Contestant will sing 2 arias from their 5 submitted opera arias repertoire list. Contestant will choose the 1st aria, the Jury the 2nd. The dress code is semi-formal.
Semi-Finalists will advance to compete in the Final round, Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Thursday, April 17, 2025
Starting at 12 NOON:
1) Report & Sign-in at Registrar’s table in the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center Green Room (ID required).

Friday, April 18, 2025
No later than 6 PM: Report & Sign-in at Registrar’s table in the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center Green Room (ID required).
7 PM: Rising Stars Season Finale Concert begins. All contestants must be present and ready to perform. Each contestant will perform two arias of their choice. Winners will be announced, and Prizes awarded at the end of the Rising Stars Concert. Dress code is Formal.
